Leads Initiative

Process

Four steps, and you can watch all of them happen.

Leads Initiative runs as a digital marketing and AI-enabled virtual front office for established service businesses, based in Los Angeles, California and working with clients across the United States and other international markets. An engagement runs in four steps: a free discovery call, a written scope and price, the build on a preview URL you can watch throughout, then launch with the mobile performance, accessibility and SEO report in hand. None of the timing below is a guarantee. It is what to realistically expect, stated plainly instead of left vague.

The four steps

  1. Discovery call

We ask what you sell, who buys it, and what currently happens when someone finds you. That might be a missed call, a slow follow-up, or a form that goes nowhere. Then, while you are on the call, we look at your current site, your search visibility and whether an AI assistant can find and describe your business accurately. You hear what we would fix first and what we would leave alone, in that order.

    Timing
About thirty minutes, booked at a time that works for you.
    What we need from you
Just the call. Bring your current website address if you have one.
  2. Scope and price

After the call, we put together a written scope: the specific deliverables, the sequence we will build them in, and the price. We will not quote a number before we understand the work, because a number given before that point is a guess wearing a price tag. Sometimes part of what you asked for is not worth doing yet, or there is a cheaper way to solve it. When that happens, we say so, even if it costs us the line item.

    Timing
Usually inside a few business days of the call, depending on scope.
    What we need from you
Confirmation of what you want prioritised, if the call left more than one option open.
  3. Build

Design, copywriting, the static build, technical SEO, the AEO and GEO layer, and the enquiry capture and CRM plumbing all happen in this step. You get a preview URL at the start, not the end, so you can watch the site take shape and flag anything that is wrong before it is load-bearing. Nothing ships to your own accounts without you having seen it first.

    Timing
Depends on scope, set in writing at step two, not estimated here.
    What we need from you
Access to the accounts the build needs (hosting, domain, Google Business Profile) and any existing brand assets or copy you want kept.
  4. Launch and report

Launch happens on your own hosting and domain accounts, not ours, so you hold the keys from day one. Before it goes live we measure mobile Core Web Vitals, run an accessibility pass, validate the structured data against a validator, and submit a real test through every form to confirm where it lands. You get those results, not just an announcement. After launch, a monthly report covers what we did, what changed, and what we recommend next, including when a number moved the wrong way.

    Timing
Launch is scheduled once the pre-launch checks are clean. Reporting runs monthly after that.
    What we need from you
Nothing beyond staying reachable for the launch window and the monthly report.

The part most agencies leave out

Launch is checked, not announced.

Before a site goes live we measure mobile Core Web Vitals, run an accessibility pass, validate the structured data against a validator, and submit a real test through every form to confirm where it lands. You get those results. If something is still amber, you hear about it from us first.

Next step

Tell us what happens when someone finds you.

A discovery call is a conversation, not a pitch. We look at your site and your search and AI visibility while you are on the call, and tell you what we would fix first and what we would leave alone. You keep that assessment either way.
