What we do

What we do, grouped by what you need first.

This is what we can deliver this month, not a capability list we grow into. Grouped by the outcome you are after: being found, capturing and driving in the people who find you, or closing the ones who get in touch. See the full list, including Paid Ads management and e-commerce builds.

Who we help

Nine sectors, one way of building trust online.

We work with established service businesses that sell a considered purchase. California comes first - Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and the rest of the state - then the rest of the United States and internationally. Contractors are one sector among nine, not the whole audience. See where we already have a reference build and where we are built for the work but have not yet built in it.

How we work

Four steps, and you can see all of them.

  1. Discovery call

We ask what you sell, who buys it, and what currently happens when someone finds you. Then we look at your site and your search and AI visibility while you are on the call. Free, and you keep the assessment whether or not you hire us.

  2. Scope and price

You get a written scope: the specific deliverables, the order we will do them in, and the price. We will not quote before we understand the work, and we will tell you if part of what you asked for is not worth doing.

  3. Build

Design, copy, build, technical SEO, the AEO and GEO layer, and the capture and CRM plumbing. You see it on a preview URL throughout, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. Launch and report

We launch on your own accounts, with the mobile performance, accessibility and SEO report in hand. Then a monthly report on what we did, what changed, and what we recommend next, including when a number moved the wrong way.

The detail and timing on each step

Featured build

GreenCal Pressure Washing: our reference build.

This is the build we can show you in detail: a 117-page local services site, every page statically rendered, with structured data and an AI-readable layer most agencies are not shipping yet. Below is what is actually in it, and where each fact comes from.

From our GreenCal Pressure Washing build, re-measured on 3 November 2026, not recalled from memory.

117pages, 0 broken

Every page live, none dead

Re-crawled the full XML sitemap, 3 Nov 2026: 117 of 117 URLs returned HTTP 200

What is not on this page, and why.

We show the build, not results. No traffic, ranking, lead or revenue figures appear here because we hold no verified performance data for this site. If that data is ever shared with us, it goes on this page with its source named, or it does not go on at all.

Rumman Newaz, founder of Leads Initiative

Team & operating approach

Founder-led. AI-assisted. Checked before anything ships.

YOU WORK WITH THE FOUNDER. I'm Rumman Newaz. I've spent my working days on construction sites as an engineering technician for civil and geotechnical engineering firms, and I run service businesses here in Southern California. I know what a missed call or a slow follow-up costs a contractor, because I've seen it from both sides. Every Leads Initiative account is built and managed by me, not handed off to an account manager.

Pages here are drafted and built with AI tools, then run through the same checks before anything ships: a human review of the page and the copy, an accessibility pass in a real browser, a mobile performance check, and structured-data validation. An issue any of those checks finds gets fixed, and the fix is written down, not quietly dropped. There is no account team beyond the founder, and nothing here claims otherwise.

Our values

We take ownership of our work. We measure progress, address problems promptly, and apply what we learn to deliver better outcomes.

Questions

Questions about working with us.

What we do, what an engagement costs, and what AEO and GEO actually mean.

What does Leads Initiative do?

Leads Initiative builds the website and the lead system behind it. That means the site itself, the technical SEO and AI-answer-engine work that makes it findable, the enquiry capture and booking path, and the CRM and reporting that let you see what is happening. It is one engagement rather than a website project and a marketing project that never quite meet.

Where are you based, and who do you work with?

We are based in Los Angeles, California. We serve California first - Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and the rest of the state - and we also take on national and international work. The build, the SEO and the reporting are done remotely either way, so location affects the conversation times more than the work.

What does an engagement cost?

We scope and price after a discovery call, because the honest answer depends on what you already have. We will not quote a number before we understand the work. The discovery call itself is free and we do not treat it as a sales pitch.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads or revenue?

No. Nobody can guarantee a search ranking, a lead volume or a revenue figure, because none of those are inside any agency’s control. Search engines, AI answer engines and your competitors all get a vote. What we will commit to is the work itself: specific deliverables, on a stated schedule, measured and reported honestly, including when a number moves the wrong way.

What is AEO and GEO, and why does it matter now?

AEO is answer engine optimisation and GEO is generative engine optimisation. Both describe making your business legible to AI assistants that answer a question directly instead of returning ten links. In practice it means publishing a machine-readable version of your site: an llms.txt index, a Markdown corpus of your pages, and entity data that ties every mention of your business to one identity. That way an assistant can cite you accurately rather than paraphrase a competitor. It is a build-time layer, and most agencies are not yet shipping it.

Can I see your work?

Yes. Our reference build is GreenCal Pressure Washing: 117 published pages, validated local-business structured data with an entity for every service area, a live llms.txt and Markdown corpus, a static build on edge hosting, and IndexNow submission wired into deploys. We show you that build in detail. We do not show traffic or revenue figures for it, because we hold no verified performance data and will not present numbers we cannot source.

What happens on a discovery call?

We ask what you sell, who buys it, and what currently happens when someone finds you. Then we look at your site and your search and AI visibility while you are on the call, and tell you what we would fix first and what we would leave alone. You get that assessment whether or not you hire us.

What do I get from the free website and lead audit?

A person actually looks at your site. It is not an automated score. We review your site speed, your structured data and your AI-answer-engine visibility, then tell you on the discovery call what we would fix first and what we would leave alone. It is the same assessment described above, and you keep it whether or not you hire us.

Next step

Tell us what happens when someone finds you.

A discovery call is a conversation, not a pitch. We look at your site and your search and AI visibility while you are on the call, and tell you what we would fix first and what we would leave alone. You keep that assessment either way.
